SCOTT LAMONT

President, Harlan Electric and Group Vice President, Transmission & Distribution, East

Scott became president of Harlan Electric and group vice president, MYR Group Transmission & Distribution (T&D), East in 2016. He is responsible for overall performance, client relations, and strategic growth of the T&D eastern region, and union operations. This includes oversight of MYR Group subsidiaries Harlan Electric, The L.E. Myers Co., and E.S. Boulos. Scott began his career with MYR Group in 2005 as operations manager for Harlan Electric and was promoted to vice president of both Harlan Electric and L.E. Myers in 2011. Prior to joining the MYR Group of companies, Scott held leadership positions of increasing responsibilities for various electrical companies in the Northeastern U.S. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he is well-versed in leading teams in all phases of electrical construction. 

Scott has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a graduate of WPI’s School of Industrial Management. He is a member of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and a board of trustees member for both The Northeastern Line Constructors and American Line Builders chapters. Scott is also active as a board of trustees member for the IBEW Local 1249 Pension, Insurance, and Annuity funds.

STEVE CAMPANA

Regional Vice President

Steve came to Harlan Electric in 2008 holding the positions of operations manager, and district manager and was promoted to regional vice president in 2020. He is responsible for the overall strategic growth and well-being of all Harlan Electric operations, project management, safety, and customer and labor relations. Prior to joining Harlan Electric, Steve spent eight years with National Grid USA Service Company in roles of contract management, operations, and material planning. He also spent 11 years with Massachusetts Electric Company in field and operations engineering roles.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Steve has vast expertise in overseeing regional operations for transmission line, substation, and distribution construction projects. He actively supports the industry as an accredited representative for the NECA Northeast Line Chapter and is an industry advisory board member at Wentworth Institute of Technology School of Management. Steve holds a Master of Science in operations and information technology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute School of Management, a Bachelor of Science, and an Associate of Science in electrical engineering technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, Massachusetts.

ROB ZILLWEGER

District Manager, Transmission & Distribution

Rob has served as district manager of Harlan Electric’s transmission and distribution operations since 2023. He brings over 20 years of diverse industry experience to Harlan. Rob joined Harlan Electric as a journeyman, holding roles of increasing responsibility in his tenure ranging from lineman to his most recent positions in executive leadership. Rob has had great success growing businesses through his passion for using construction management and human performance principles as well as through strong client-based relationships.

CHRIS LENAHAN, PMP, CUSP

District Manager, Transmission & Distribution

In 2020, Chris was promoted to district manager of Harlan Electric’s New England area, where he oversees all business activities including operations, project management, worker safety, and profitability. Chris is also responsible for the strategic growth of new and current customers. Chris has been with MYR Group subsidiaries since 2008, beginning his career with MYR Group subsidiary L.E. Myers as a project engineer, coordinating and managing construction operations. In 2009, he worked at Harlan Electric, and in 2010, became an assistant project manager for Hawkeye Construction before spending four years as a project manager for L.E. Myers. 

Chris has built energy infrastructure for nearly 15 years. During that time, he has led many teams and worked on large transmission lines and substations all over the country. Supporting his career, Chris earned a Master of Business Administration from Walden University in Baltimore, Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Western Illinois University. Chris also holds professional certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP).

ADAM SEGERS

District Manager, Transmission & Distribution

Adam has served as district manager of Harlan Electric’s Rochester Hills, Michigan transmission and distribution operations since 2020. He came to Harlan Electric in 2016 as a project manager responsible for managing complex high-voltage construction projects. In 2019 he was promoted to operations manager, transmission & distribution (T&D) focusing on productivity and project efficiency. As district manager, Adam is responsible for the district’s overall performance, which includes operations, project team management, safety, strategic business planning, and profitability. 

In Adams’s 10-plus years of industry experience, he has become skilled in all phases of large high-voltage construction projects, such as estimating, project management, operations, financial performance, team leadership, and customer relations. Prior to joining Harlan Electric, Adam spent four years as a project engineer with Hooper Corporation working on transmission, substation, and distribution projects. 

Supporting the industry, Adam sits on the IBEW Local 17 subcommittee for The American Line Builders Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (ALBAT) for both the line and substation apprenticeship programs. Adam earned a Master of Science in corporate finance from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio State University in civil engineering. In addition, he has completed various marketing, financial, and leadership programs and certifications.

WENDY DAVIDSON

Vice President, Business Development

Wendy joined MYR Group as vice president of business development in 2020, where she drives strategic growth by supporting all the MYR Group subsidiaries in the markets they serve. Wendy leads a dynamic team that develops new opportunities, fosters client relationships, and implements effective business strategies that respond to changing market demands, further establishing each subsidiary’s position as an innovative partner in the clean energy transformation. 

Throughout her 30-plus-year career, Wendy has held advisory and leadership roles in the energy and industrial construction markets. Before joining MYR Group, she led business development for Mortenson’s Wind Energy Group by building on her diverse experience gained in previous roles at Koch Industries and GE Capital and founding her own consulting practice. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University.

JOSH RAWLEY

Director, Business Development

Josh joined MYR Group in 2019 as manager of business development before becoming director of business development in 2022. Josh is responsible for guiding and assisting subsidiaries to develop profitable market strategies in electrical utility construction throughout the Eastern U.S. Before coming to MYR Group, he spent six years at Burns & McDonnell as an electrical engineer where he led and managed substation and transmission design and engineering projects throughout the country.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He has engineering in training (EIT) certification from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) in preparation for becoming a registered professional engineer. He is also an active member of WIRES, a non-profit industry organization that advocates planning and investing in North America’s high-voltage transmission infrastructure, supporting clean energy integration.
